I received a response within a very short time, with specific questions and responses and before I knew it a replacement product was on the way! I did not expect this! I am amazed and impressed. I couldn’t find my order number anywhere so I wrote to ABH customer support expecting to get a reply within a couple of days but they replied within less than 5 minutes. They provided me all the information that I needed in such a quick time that I was honestly amazed. Best service I’ve received from any online purchase.

Replacement! I placed an order from Mexico and one of my palettes came damaged, one shade ( C5 one of my favorites) came destroyed! I contacted customer service and it was so fast and efficient that in 6 days I had the new palette on my hands.I'm so happy with the service that I will obviously buy from the site again, love ya'll.

Hi, I purchased first time from ABH , my order came damaged , got disappointed , I emailed them for return and was thinking never gonna shop there again but I am impressed from their customer service, satisfactory reply. They told me not to send them a damaged product but they are gonna send me same new product.

I have been using Anastasia Beverly Hills products for years. Up until recently I had never had a problem with their products. The last 3 containers of Dipbrow Pomade I purchased were dried out. It was too late for me to return them to Sephora so I contacted Anastasia Beverly Hills directly. They refused to assist me with this issue and were extremely rude. I will never ever again purchase their products.

I made an order, a card of Ukraine. They closed my order, no one returned the money and wrote to me that I should contact my banks on this issue by myself! And they didn't even apologize! Disgusting service

I recently made my first order for brow pomade and later doubted my choice of colour. I sent a message to customer care and though the delivery was underway, i got a reassuringly personal message , addressing my issues, giving clarification on suitability, and hints on technique. There was also a reminder of the generous returns policy. Customer care at its best.

I received my package in the mail and it had been opened (item taken out) and taped back up. I emailed ABH and received a response immediately apologizing for What happened. Not their fault by the way. They let me know they were shipping me another contour kit This company definitely does right by their customers and I greatly appreciate it. Wonderful customer service.
